MASSACHUSETTS -- The Massachusetts state Senate just unveiled its version of a $28 billion budget plan.

The Massachusetts state Senate just unveiled its version of a $28 billion budget plan. Ryan Burgess has the latest.
Although the House overwhelmingly defeated the bill earlier this year, Republicans said they want to give the Senate, which has supported expanded gaming in the past, a chance to vote.
At this point, Governor Patrick has not said whether or not he'll support the Republican amendment.
