CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. -- Students at Pai's Tae Kwon Do karate chopped and kicked their way to black belts this weekend. The graduation ceremony was held in Clifton Park where dozens of students received their first, second, and third black belts.

First degree black belts usually take about four years of training, second degree seven years, and third, about twelve years.

The students were honored with plaques, and were able to show off some of their moves. Tae kwon do is the most popular of the Korean martial arts and is the Korean national sport. It is also one of the world's most commonly practiced martial arts.
