GLENS FALLS, N.Y. -- A Glens Falls man is in jail on felony assault charges, accused of beating a baby boy to death.
Prosecutors said Michael Flint, Jr., 23, admitted to slapping, choking, and biting 8-month-old Colbi Bullock to keep him quiet Tuesday night.
Police said Flint didn't call 911 when the child stopped breathing, and instead waited to tell the baby's mother, who immediately called for help.

One neighbor said she can't imagine what the family is going through right now.
"It's scary. It's really scary. I have four kids myself. It's not something you expect to have happen right next door," said Sabrina Amico.
Warren County DA Kate Hogan said Flint will likely face second-degree murder charges.
The case could go to a grand jury on Friday.
