SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Schenectady Police say three teens were trespassing and "tagging" city buildings and now they will be tagged with a criminal record.

Police first say they caught Sam D'Amico and Chris Rittner with spray cans at the Amtrak station this past weekend. Then, a few days later, police say the pair was caught again trespassing and spraying graffiti with 16-year-old Morgan Russell. The three were charged with trespassing.

D'Amico and Rittner were also charged with more graffiti-related misdemeanors and have bail set at $750.

These arrests follow a six month investigation into dozens of graffiti crimes across the city.
