ALBANY, N.Y. -- Family and friends of a murdered Albany teen gathered at her gravesite Tuesday, on the third anniversary of her death.
Gretchen Perham was walking to Hackett Middle School in May 2005 when she was stabbed to death.
The 14-year-old's body was found in the woods off Mount Hope Drive.
Gretchen's brother Robert Linen said, "Basically we just thank everybody for their thoughts, you know, we appreciate it, everybody, that we're in their prayers, and every day we will pray. We will get justice eventually. We're not giving up."
No one has been charged in the murder, but the family

believes that convicted rapist Darius Ashley killed Gretchen. Ashley has repeatedly said he had nothing to do with her death.
