It's been two years since the death of 14-year-old Gretchen Perham, and her family continues to put pressure on police to find her killer.
Perham's family held a rally Friday at the site where she was killed on Mount Hope Drive in Albany, and they're still looking for answers.
Robert Perham said, "To this day, we still don't know what happened, and that's a big problem to us. You know, we need justice so my sister can rest in peace."
Two years after the death of 14-year-old Gretchen Perham, family members are pressuring police to solve the case.
Attorney John Aretakis said, "We think this case presents multiple public safety issues, especially because it's an unsolved crime against a 14-year-old child who was walking to school innocently. And the potential danger from that type of person who is still out there, not arrested and not detected by anyone, is a tremendous danger to all parents and to all children."
The family believes that convicted rapist Darius Ashley killed Gretchen. But Ashley has repeatedly said he had nothing to do with the teen's death.
