QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A deer on the road caused a motorcycle accident on Hicks Road in Queensbury, sending a man to the hospital.

Police say the 20-year-old man was riding west on Hicks Road Saturday night when he collided with a deer near the Glens Falls airport. They say the man was thrown off from his motorcycle and suffered injuries to his leg and shoulder along with road rash. He was taken to Glens Falls Hospital.

So far, there's no word what condition he is in or if anyone else was hurt.
