QUEENSBURY, N.Y. It was an early kick off to the Great Escape season this year. The park opened Saturday, which is two weeks earlier than normal.
For it's 55th season, Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom is open added some new attractions.
New this year for the big kids is the Mega Wedgie waterslide which opens later this month. And for the younger ones in your family, Wiggles World is one of the new theme areas for children.
