ALBANY COUNTY -- A search warrant executed by State Police leads to the arrest of an Averill Park man for possession of child porn.
State Police arrested Lester Dutcher, 48, after a search warrant was executed Thursday on Dutcher's computer as well as at his residence on Taborton Road. They found several pornographic images of children in a sexual performance.
Dutcher was arraigned and sent to the Albany County Jail on $5000. bail.
