SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A Pattersonville man charged with rape in Schenectady has been denied bail.
Schenectady police received a call early Tuesday morning from a woman claiming Donald Randolph, 38, raped her around 1:45 a.m. The alleged incident happened at Randolph's mother's house on Eastern Avenue.
A Pattersonville man charged with rape in Schenectady has been denied bail.
He was taken into custody at the home and charged with first-degree rape.
He is being held without bail in Schenectady County Jail.
Back in December, Randolph was arrested for DWI, then claimed he was beaten up by five Schenectady officers during the arrest.
