GRANVILLE, N.Y. -- Authorities said a 33-year-old man has died in a fire at the Washington County home he shared with his parents.
Police in Granville say the fire was reported around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities say the body of Jeremy Jones was found inside the home.
His parents were able to escape unharmed. Both were taken to Glens Falls Hospital, where they were treated for smoke inhalation.
Granville fire officials say the cause of the fire is under investigation and it is not considered suspicious.
