Couple charged with grand larceny

RAVENA, N.Y. -- A Ravena couple is facing grand larceny charges. Coeymans police arrested Edward Zinzow and Kimberly Pierce. The pair is accused of stealing over $60,000 from the Town of Coeymans Section 8 housing administration.

Over the course of several years police say the couple claimed to be in a landlord tenant relationship.

The two were arraigned in Ravena court and will remain in Albany County Jail with bail set at $15,000.

This is the second section 8 fraud case in a little more than one year that has been investigated by the Coeymans police.
