HUDSON, N.Y. -- Police have arrested another man in connection with the Floyd Sanders homicide case.
Timothy Moffiso, 41, was arrested Saturday by the New York City Police Department. Police say Moffiso has been transported back to Hudson and is being charged with manslaughter and gang assault.
Back in February, 28-year-old Floyd Sanders was air-lifted to Albany Medical Center after police say they found him seriously injured on the back porch of a city apartment. Sanders later died at Albany Med.
