CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. -- The Soldiers' Angels continue efforts to bring some joy to the men and women fighting overseas. The organization sends letters, care packages and comfort items to deployed soldiers from children and families.
The Soldiers' Angels set up shop outside the Cracker Barrel in Clifton Park so kids could write letters while they waited for a table at the restaurant.
"In my working with Soldiers' Angels, it's really been driven home to me how important a colored picture is, a letter, anything of that nature to a solider who’s away from everything they know," said Jeremy Slaybaugh.

The organization has more than 200,000 members, but they're always looking for more.
