GREENE COUNTY -- Albany police believe a body found in the Hudson River on Tuesday is that of Joshua Szostak. A source close to the family also said the clothing on the body matched what Szostak was wearing on the night he disappeared.
The body was sent to St. Peter's Hospital in Albany for an autopsy.
Szostak disappeared two days before Christmas after spending the night in downtown Albany.

State Police say Szostak's body was found by a boater on the Hudson River in Coxsackie. Some of Szostak's personal belongings were also found, including keys and money.
