Price of stamps going up again
Get ready to pay more to mail a letter by First-Class Mail, unless you've stocked up on forever stamps.
Beginning Monday, a First-Class stamp is going to cost 42 cents, which is a penny more than what it is now.
A Postal Service official said the increase is due to rising labor and business costs.
The forever stamps, currently selling for 41 cents, will remain valid for full postage after the increase.
Some people are deciding to stock up on those forever stamps before they too increase to 42 cents.
