EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- The New York Giants opened up their rookie free agent mini camp on Friday.
A number of young guys are trying to make a good first impression, including Albany Conquest lineman/tight end and Schenectady grad Jacob Hobbs.
The former UAlbany standout is hoping to keep his NFL dream alive. Last year after the NFL draft, Hobbs signed a free agent deal with the Philadelphia Eagles -- but that didn't work out. Hopefully it'll work out between him and the G-Men.
