Working the triceps
Updated: 04/24/2008 05:00 AM
By:
Marcie Fraser
We are home and we are working the triceps, all you need is a kitchen chair. Place yourself on the edge of a nice hard wooden chair, hands are going to be on the edge, knuckles down and scoot your bottom out a little bit. The first position, just hold it, bend down a half an inch and extend your elbows, straighten them right out. Your feet are in front of you, your knees are going to be together, nice steady movements and down. For beginners, this may be all you need because very quickly, you will feel the isometric burn and start to shake.
