Tone up at home in your kitchen

You don't want to join a gym? Get your body in shape at home, in your kitchen and all you need is two kitchen chairs. We are going to do an upper body workout that concentrates on the upper pec. Take the two chairs, they are going to be parallel, going forward. Thumbs are going to be placed on the side of each chair. Make sure they are not too slippery, where they are going to slide on the floor.
