QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- A former Hadley-Luzerne music teacher who was arrested earlier this year for having improper contact with minors, is now facing charges of possessing child pornography.
Keith Powell, 56, of Corinth pleaded not guilty to three counts
of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and two
counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The pictures were found after Powell's computer was seized by police.
Powell was arrested back in April after being accused of kissing a 14-year-old girl on the cheek and having sex-related conversations with another.
Powell retired from Hadley-Luzerne School District following his arrest.
