ALBANY, N.Y. -- Investigators are still trying to figure out what sparked a fire in Albany on Saturday night.
The fire started on the first floor of a three story apartment building on Second Avenue. Firefighters say it could've been much worse without sprinklers in the building.
“The hall way was sprinkled and the sprinkler did its job. All we had to do was put the one small apartment out and search the building making sure it was all clear,” said Albany Fire Chief Mike Burns.
