Flint pleads guilty to four of five charges in baby's death

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. -- The Glens Falls man accused of killing a 7-month old baby has pleaded guilty to four of the five charges against him. Based on wording in his plea, the judge allowed one lesser manslaughter charge to be dropped.

Michael Flint has confessed to beating, biting, and choking Colbi Bullock to death. He faces a minimum of 15 years to life in state prison but D.A. Kate Hogan said she is pushing for the maximum of 25 years to life. He'll be sentenced on June 4th.

Guilty plea in baby's death

The Glens Falls man accused of killing a 7-month old baby has pleaded guilty to four of the five charges against him. Based on wording in his plea, the judge allowed one lesser manslaughter charge to be dropped.

The baby's mother, Alicia Lewie, is also charged with manslaughter. Prosecutors said she left the baby with Flint, even though knew he was dangerous. They said she also waited too long to take her son to the hospital. Her trial starts May 5th.
