QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- The number of people reporting getting sick after after an outbreak of norovirus at the Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark is nearing 400.
Officials with the state Department of Health said 388 cases have been reported in the past two weeks.
Two people were hospitalized, but both have been released.

Four of the people infected and their families have filed a lawsuit against the water park.
