Tough start to the New Years in Syracuse
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- It was a tough start to the year in Syracuse. Police there are investigating a quadruple shooting.
Police say 50 to 60 people were at a party on Kellogg Street early Sunday morning when someone opened fire. Four people were taken to the hospital.

According to police, three of the victims are in critical condition. The fourth is listed in fair condition. Police have not announced any arrests in the case.
In the town of Richland, eight people still unaccounted for after a massive fire. Oswego County Sheriff's Deputies say a neighbor called 911 when he noticed the fire just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
The fire was so intense that firefighters could not get inside the home safely and battled it from the outside.
One woman was able to get out safely. Investigators are now trying to determine what started the fire.
