Autopsy confirms plane crash victims' identities

Authorities have confirmed the identities of the two men killed in a plane crash in the Adirondacks. Dan Wills, 48, of North Bangor, and Ronald Rouselle, 66, of Malone, were flying from Saratoga to Malone on Sunday when their single engine aircraft went down.

Legal Eagle: Terror suspects to be tried in Federal Court

US Attorney General Eric Holder announcing Friday, that five terror suspects, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self-proclaimed mastermind of the September 11th attacks, will be tried in Federal Court in New York City. Five other Guantanamo Bay detainees will face a military commission, as President Obama takes steps to close the facility.
