ALBANY, N.Y. -- It's an Albany holiday tradition and crews are already hard at work putting together the Albany Capital Holiday Lights display in Washington Park.

Albany PAL volunteers got started on the 125 scenes and displays this weekend. The 12th Annual Capital Holiday Lights runs from November 28th to January 3rd and costs $15.00 per car.

All the money raised goes to Albany PAL programs.
