New York State Police in Clifton Park say Shenendehowa High School student Matthew Beighey was caught accessing school computers after he was banned from using them. Police also say Beighey was caught logging on with another student’s id and password.

When investigators busted Beighey, they say he was in the process of locking out faculty and staff members from receiving messages.

Beighey was issued an appearance ticket and is set to appear in court next Wednesday.
