Schenectady High School evacuated after staff members become ill
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Schenectady High School was evacuated Thursday morning after some staff members became ill from a strong chlorine-like odor in some of the offices.
School officials pulled the fire alarm to get everyone out of the building.

The Schenectady Fire Department responded, and three staff members were taken to the hospital to get checked out. No students reported feeling ill.
Officials believe the odor came from cleaning supplies.
Students and staff were able to return to the building after the fire department gave the all-clear.
