Cabot Creamery Road Show hits Capital Region
CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. -- Cabot Creamery's Road Show is in the Capital District and hitting up more than a dozen Price Chopper Supermarkets in town.
The show promotes the benefits of calcium to prevent osteoporosis and childhood obesity. The Cabot crew is distributing recipes, prizes, coupons, and of course delicious samples of the "World's Best Cheddar", including their new Omega-3 cheddar.

"One thing Cabot is famous for is its cheddar cheese, and cheddar cheese is lactose free. So a lot people who are avoiding dairy still need their source of calcium and the best source of calcium is naturally through cheese, yogurt, or milk. So people who are avoiding milk products can also enjoy Cabot cheese,” said Mark Hackett, Cabot spokesman.
The Cabot Road Show is a nationwide event that focuses on promoting healthy weight loss.
