Spring 2009 BCBG Max Azria Fashion Week
NEW YORK CITY -- The lights are up the music is on and it's time to tango as Spring 2009 BCBG's Max Azria choreographs a collection inspired by the fluidity and movement of modern dance.
“The best part of this collection is its very simple. This collection is extremely sexy. What I love this most of this collection is that anyone can wear it,” said Max Azria, Designer.
Everyone will look good in these delicately draped flowing forms in fabrics like Georgette and Jersey. Uneven hemlines, plunging necklines and one shoulder silhouettes offer the feel of fresh sensibility with innate seduction.
“It was great and I’m not surprised. It’s just classic and beautiful with beautiful lines and colors. It was beautiful,” said Jamie Lynn Siegler, Actor.

As for his palette we see tonal colors with flashes of brights, outrageous orange, passion pink and titillating teal. Azria prides himself in creating comfort in fashion; styles that make the woman feel as good as she looks.
Now getting the makeup together for a show is a key element, especially when the collection is all about feeling good in your own skin. Backstage the artists look to create a light simple face that real women would wear.
“You look at it in a way and say what would wear if you were going to wear that outfit what makeup would you realistically wear we don't stray too far. The makeup is really light on these shows. I think there is a misconception that it’s very heavy in shows but it’s like real people wear little foundation, little mascara,” said Lisa Martin, NARS Cosmetics.
With a little of this and a little of that with any of these looks, you're sure to be one hot number.
