AMSTERDAM, N.Y. -- A Montgomery County man is arrested for rape. State Police in Fonda say David Santana, 32, of Amsterdam had sex with a 14-year-old girl on two occasions.

Troopers say the parents of the girl called reported the incident. Police arrested Santana after an extensive investigation.

Santana was arraigned in the Town of Glen Court and was sent to the Montgomery County Jail.
Bail was set at $25,000.
