CORINTH, N.Y. -- A rollover accident in the town of Corinth claims the life of a 48-year-old Queensbury man.

The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says it happened on Wilton Mountain Road just before 7 p.m. Sunday evening. When deputies arrived on the scene, they say Danny Emery's SUV was on fire and that he was trapped inside.

According to witnesses, Emery sped past at least two vehicles in a no passing zone. His vehicle hit a tree, then went up in flames.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was hurt in the crash.
