Some states may charge tolls on freeways
U.S. -- It could get a little more expensive to drive on highways in some states under a proposal to add tolls on some freeways.
Of course, we're used to paying tolls in New York. But the states in question are looking at pay-roads as a way to ease gas and other transportation taxes.
