Troy Democrats want request for proposal revised
TROY, N.Y. -- Democratic members of the Troy City Council are not happy with the current request for proposal for the purchase of City Hall.
City Council President Clement Campana said there are too many problems with the RFP as it is currently written. He claims the 30-day limit is too short of a period to receive reasonable proposals.

Democrats are asking Mayor Harry Tutunjian to extend the response deadline to at least 90 days. Other members claim the RFP also must include evaluation criteria to allow for fair review.
These issues could ultimately result in legal action against the city.
