Weekend Buzz: September 19-21
The 12th annual Irish 200 Festival Friday and Saturday at the Altamont Fairgrounds. Starts at 5 p.m. Friday and then runs 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Saturday.
Schenectady’s Central Park hosts the annual Fireplug 500 on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival is going in Warren County at the Floyd Bennett Airport. Also in Lake George on Saturday they’ll hold the ‘Moonglow’ tethered balloons at night. Fireworks at 8:30 p.m.

Oktoberfest weekend at Lake George’s Great Escape. B95.5’s Ric Mitchell will broadcast live on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The New England State Fair is happening in Springfield, Massachusetts. Take the Mass Turnpike and follow the signs.
Larkfest on Saturday at 10 a.m. along scenic Lark Street.
Malta Community Day is Saturday at Shenantaha.
