25 arrested in Albany County DWI checkpoints

ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police across Albany County were looking for drunk drivers this Halloween weekend. Between Thursday night and Sunday morning, police made more than 1,500 stops at DWI checkpoints.
In all, 25 drunk driving arrests were made. Nine of those were for aggravated DWI, which is above .18 blood alcohol content.
Police also found 62 designated drivers on the roads this Halloween weekend.
