COLONIE, N.Y. -- A former Latham Cheerleading Coach pleads guilty to two charges of using a child in a sexual performance and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

Alexander Oouch faces 9 years in prison when he is sentenced in July. Oouch was a cheerleading and dance coach at X-factor's All Stars Cheer and Dance in Colonie.

Police said Oouch had been having sex with one of his students for about eight months. Investigators said one of Oouch's friends found inappropriate pictures on his cell phone and tipped off police.
