Dayana Perez

Dayana joined Capital News 9 as an associate producer in September of 2007. Before coming to Capital News 9, Dayana worked as a desk assistant for WABC TV in New York City.
She's a Queens native and a St. Johns University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
Dayana speaks fluent Spanish and is from the Dominican Republic.
In her spare time, Dayana loves to travel. She's been to over 15 countries including Argentina, Portugal, Brazil, Spain and recently Greece and Turkey. Next on her list -- Egypt and Yemen.
