Father charged with assaulting infant

A four month old baby is recovering at Albany Med, but will likely be permanently disabled after police said the child's father admitted to abusing him. Gregory Milgo, 29, is charged with assault, reckless assault and endangering the welfare of a child. More vets join Patriot Flight
